We prioritize supporting local farmers and food producers in our purchasing whenever possible, year-round. We're always looking for more opportunities to cook local! ​

Our mandate is to purchase food to support growers, but we also appreciate occasional donations of local food, especially things like fresh herbs which are abundant in many gardens. These donations help stretch our dollars farther to serve more people.
